Shipping charges

Shipping for any order above 500/ is free while an extra 100/ is charged on any order below 500/. Though found in some selected cities, the COD facility is only available for orders above 500/ and a 100/ fee is levied for each COD order.

At the time of check out, the shipping charges that are levied on your shopping bag are mentioned. During the exchange/return/cancellation of an order, the shipping fee is non-refundable. The policy is however subject to change at any time without any prior information. Therefore, it is recommended that you review the terms and conditions every now and then. The applicable policy is the one that is there when you place an order.

Delivery time

Once your order has been placed and approves, our hardworking team get working around the clock to make sure your order is being shipped using the best courier services. The order would approximately take 7-10 days to reach you. However, during national holidays, Sundays and other festivals, there may be some delays because of excess bulk being transported.

Hidden charges

We guarantee you that there are no hidden charges, neither are there extra costs which should be charged. The final cost indicated during check-out is inclusive of all charges, including taxes and such. Even at the time of delivery, no other cost is charged.

International locations

Though it has not yet started, plans are still underway to start shipping products to international destinations.

By logging in into your account at Shopolica, you can track your order after your placed order has been confirmed. If at all this brings any issue to you, write to us at the email provided and we will sort things out for you in no time.

Non-availability of deliveries

Before dispatching back the product to the warehouse, the courier services attempt three deliveries and therefore, it is highly recommended that you provide all your relevant contact information in order for us to reach to you within the first delivery attempt. The courier services will try contacting you once they start delivering to confirm your availability at the moment.
