Exchange for the order
If you ever feel like the quality of a product is not as good as you expected, you are allowed to exchange it through the exchange policy. The policy operates under a 7 day policy which is not applicable on exclusive collections, cardigans, shoes, accessories, coats, dresses and the products which are on sale.
As usual, it is mandatory for you to maintain the original bill for return purposes. This is only applicable if the product is maintained in its correct and original shape. If we feel like it has been tampered with or disturbed from its original state, we may probably decline the return exchange.
In order to return, contact us through the provided phone number or through our email address. After giving you all the details about the location where the package should be sent back, you will have to transport the return goods at your own expense.
Any customer who employs the return policy is not allowed to return on that same billing or avail another exchange.
Cancelling the order
Through our contact number, you can cancel your order. This can only be done before the order is dispatched from our outlet.
You may exchange a product within 7 days towards the purchase of another product. No refunds will be made at any point.
After your order has been accepted or after qualification for an exchange, your money will be obtained in your Shopolica account as credit points which can be used the next time you place an order with us. However, the credit points are only valid for 45 days after which, the credit will get expired.
In order for the credit points to be credited to your account for the exchange amount, it may take 8-10 working days after we have received the product.
Make sure you get all our products maintained by professionals, and clothing to be cleaned by credible dry cleaners since we will not accept any refund or return of products which were poorly maintained.
